Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at therealdhg.com or engaging the real estate services of The Dani Hampton Group ("DHG," "we," "us," or "our"), a team operating under Real Broker, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

The Dani Hampton Group provides real estate services in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas metroplex, including but not limited to residential real estate listing, buyer representation, market analysis, transaction coordination, and related real estate services. Our services are provided through Real Broker, LLC, a licensed real estate brokerage.

Website Use

Our website at therealdhg.com is provided for informational purposes. Property listings displayed on our website are sourced from the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) MLS and are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing information displayed on our website.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

By opting in to text messages from The Dani Hampton Group, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages related to your real estate transaction. Messages may include, but are not limited to: appointment confirmations, transaction status updates (e.g., under contract, active on MLS, closing scheduled), deadline and date reminders (e.g., inspection, option period, financing contingency, closing), document requests and follow-ups, utility transfer reminders, post-closing follow-ups, review and feedback requests, and educational content with links to videos and resources.

Messages may contain links to YouTube videos, Google Forms, and other web resources. Messages may also contain contact phone numbers for our team.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your transaction status. During an active real estate transaction (from contract to closing), you may receive approximately 1 to 4 messages per week. Outside of active transactions, message frequency is occasional and minimal. Message frequency will never exceed 20 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging charges depend on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any associated charges.

Opt-In / Consent

You may opt in to receive text messages from The Dani Hampton Group through any of the following methods:

  • Website: By submitting a contact form on our website at therealdhg.com and checking the consent checkbox, which states that you agree to receive recurring communications including auto-dialed texts.
  • Written Agreement: By signing a Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement, Buyer Representation Agreement, or other real estate services agreement with The Dani Hampton Group that includes consent to receive electronic communications including SMS/MMS.
  • Verbal/In-Person: By verbally confirming your preferred communication method and consent to receive text messages during a listing appointment, buyer consultation, or other in-person meeting with a team member, which is documented in our CRM system.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any real estate services. You may choose to work with The Dani Hampton Group without opting in to text messages.

Opt-Out Instructions:

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from this program. If you wish to re-enroll after opting out, you may text START to resume messages, or contact our team directly.

Supported Carriers

The Dani Hampton Group text messaging program is supported on all major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. All real estate services are provided by licensed real estate agents associated with Real Broker, LLC. The Dani Hampton Group is a team operating within Real Broker, LLC. Any real estate services agreement you enter into will be with Real Broker, LLC and your individual agent. These Terms and Conditions supplement but do not replace any written real estate services agreement.

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites and services, including YouTube (for educational videos), Google Forms (for feedback), and various real estate industry platforms.
